LAP VERIFICATION FORMS
Lap verification forms went home with your child on Friday.
COLLECT PLEDGES AND RETURN BY FEBRUARY 23
Pledges must be collected, and forms returned by February 23 to qualify for prizes. Pledge Form (English) and Pledge Form (Spanish).
o Individual prize levels at $30, $65 and $100
o Top 30 earners get Menchie’s gift card.
o Top earning CLASS gets a PIZZA PARTY!
PAYMENT
Checks can be made out to “Castle Heights PTA” or made via PayPal. If people are paying via PayPal (Link below), please instruct them to include the name of the student and his/her class number and Teacher in the PayPal comment line.
