About the pta
The PTA was founded in 1951 and, in association with the California and national PTA, supports parents and teachers by promoting the welfare and education of our students and advocating for efforts to improve the quality of education overall. All parents, as well as other family members and the neighboring community, are invited to join the Castle Heights Parent-Teacher Association.
Castle Heights Elementary PTA also supports and promotes community engagement programs at our school. We invite your to join the PTA and become a supporting member of all our wonderful initiatives. Together we can continue making a positive difference in our children's education. Click below to learn more about some of the programs we offer. We invite you to come join us and help volunteer in making our events a success for all our children.
PTA meetings usually are held the last Friday of each month right after school morning drop-off. New members are welcome to join throughout the year, and there are many volunteer opportunities, including for working parents. Check the calendar for specific dates.
